Maya’s a talented DOP who’s recent film credits include the documentaries MY PRAIRIE HOME (Sundance ’14, Vancouver Film Critics Circle award, Canadian Screen Award Nominee ’14) and THREE WALLS (Hot Docs, AFI Silverdocs ’11, Canadian Screen Award Nominee ’13), and dramatic films TRU LOVE (Inside Out ’14 Audience Award), BROKEN HEART SYNDROME (TIFF ’12), THE PEDESTRIAN JAR (TIFF ’11), PATHWAYS (TIFF ’11) and SLIP, which was awarded the 2010 Kodak Award for Best Cinematography at the Canadian Film Centre’s WSFF.
